Can you tell the difference between using your legs or not?
Your lower half is “NOTHING” without leg drive!!!!!! How do you teach and increase this necessary pattern?

With multiple reps you will program your legs to create “Leg Drive”
Then with a turn of the wrench you can increase the compression force to make you drive harder and in turn……
